Pursuant to data protection legislation and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, users are hereby informed that:

Gadisa Retail, S.L.U., as data controller for the personal data provided by you on the form in the PARTNERSHIP REQUEST section, hereby informs you that said data will be processed for the purpose of organizing and managing campaigns in which the Gadisa Retail business group partners with other organizations. The categories of data processed in the files held by Gadisa Retail are: identifying information, name, surname(s) and national identity card (DNI) no., mailing or e-mail addresses, name and tax identification number (NIF) of the organization and position of the representative, event details: name and detailed description.

Please also be advised that your information may be shared with the other companies in the GADISA Group, should this be necessary for the purpose described. Your data will be retained for a period of five years after management of the campaign has concluded.
